In March 2022, Robbie came to me with two clear goals: get in shape and improve his asthma.
At our first meeting, he shared something important — the week before, he had tried going to the gym on his own for the first time… and had suffered a really bad panic attack. The thought of walking back through those doors filled him with anxiety.
We took things step by step. With some extra encouragement and a training plan tailored to his needs, Robbie pushed through his first block of PT sessions. Before long, he wasn’t just showing up — he was actually enjoying it, making steady progress toward his goals.
Fast forward a few months, and the changes were incredible. Robbie had lost a fantastic amount of weight, and the cherry on top? His doctor told him he no longer needed to use his inhaler.
But for me, the best moment wasn’t about the scales or the medical results. It was when Robbie casually referred to the gym as his “Happy Place.” That’s when I knew this was more than just fitness — it was a complete turnaround in confidence, health, and mindset!
